Fix layout when the space is limited

Description of the problem

When the space is limited (for example, in landscape mode), the layout of the controller is not scrollable, so not all controls are visible.
In AndroidX MediaRouter, the artwork is hidden if the space is not big enough.

2. Open the controller.
3. Rotate to landscape.
