Audio/video switch example

As a developer integrating Pillarbox I would like to have a simple demo that makes it possible to switch between equivalent video and audio streams at any moment.

Acceptance criteria

• A demo makes it possible to switch between equivalent streams (at least one example from above, possibly all of them).
• The current position is preserved when switching between streams.

Tasks

• Add API support for resuming at a specific date.
• Create new demo with custom playback view and toggle between two equivalent streams.
• Provide entries for all streams listed above.
