    In this case there is BUS-fault while accessing data of  list.c

    It doesn't seem to be any access permission issue with MPU as first task is not yet created and also crashed code  is part of kernel code.

This may be due to    conditional Inclusion of    Macro  PRIVILEGED_DATA in mpuwrappers.h function

I am not sure about  few things about this :

1)  what is  purpose of MACRO :  #define PRIVILEGED_FUNCTION    ?? {with out  value assigned for it  in mpuwrappes.h  file }

                        But it can't fully utilize MPU features.
