add support for pushing the amplification results in a MongoDB database

this would be Java code executed at the end of the amplification process.

Hi @monperrus and @danglotb , the mongodb part is done for using submitted by this PR (#850), ready for reviewing :).

• Next is to add a restful mode option for using together with the webinterface which work in sync with nodejs server .
• Also I need to change the docker image pipeline so that it can be ran in a mode where it take in a reposlug and branch instead of a build id. Then ofcourse I must also remove the mongodb part from the script :) .

PS: PR (#850) seems to have many commits in it, but they are well divided in each section according to the comment. I want to avoid open to many PRs and make @danglotb 's PR section dirty :) .
