Radium Engine UUID

Following discussion from #527 , it's time to think of the name of the organization.

This name is used in default argument of BaseApplication, Doxygen configuration and plugin metadata.

First suggestions:

• use lab name, optionally with team name e.g. fr.irit or fr.irit.storm
• use a name dedicated to radium e.g. org.radium-engine (the app have to take something like main-app
