ringboard-egui toggle does not close the window on Wayland (COSMIC)

Description:
I am running Ringboard on COSMIC DE (Wayland). The toggle argument does not work as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Run ringboard-egui toggle (or map it to a shortcut like Super+V).

The Ringboard window opens correctly.

Run ringboard-egui toggle (or press the shortcut) again while the window is open.

Expected behavior:
The window should close (toggle off).

Actual behavior:
The window remains open. I have to press Esc to close it.

System Information:

OS: Arch Linux Garuda / CachyOS Kernel

Desktop Environment: COSMIC Stable

Session: Wayland

Installed via cargo nightly script.

Yeah, I guess toggle is a bad name. This is working as in intended, but I can see how it could be convenient to make one shortcut open or close the GUI. But at the same time, I kind of like the consistency of the shortcut always opening and esc always closing. I think I'm leaning towards closing this, but not sure yet.

I would suggest changing this commands name to 'open' and making a new toggle command that uses the same code but just allows you to close by calling the command again.
