Subject: [PATCH] Fix jira integration after jira update

Prior to this change, since the jira update, tickets were no longer created because of errors.

The responses from Jira are changed, and this change does the minimal required fixes in order to create tickets again using a forked version of the lesstif/php-jira-rest-client library.

Fixes #1364
