e2e-tests: deploy operator inside the cluster with kind #46
Description
Problem
Currently we deploy the reg. operator outside cluster running in background.
We need to deploy the full-operator image inside the k8s cluster.
This can achieve with kind.
We also need an extra target like make e2e-tests-full-kind or something like that.
