Update legal entity for openSUSE RN

We're currently reworking https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:License to use following legal entity: SUSE Software Solutions Ireland Limited instead of SUSE LLC

The release notes should refer to the same legal entity once the document is updated.

How are we going to deal with the fact that the openSUSE release notes include the SLES release notes whose license doesn't change? Or is that irrelevant?
