"Unknown repository type" error when subscription expired - print proper warning

When a subscription expires in SCC, that was providing a repository to RMT,
mirroring that repo currently fails with "Unknown repository type", which is very misleading.
The debug log prints multiple warnings about `403` request responses.

Maybe show  a warning after 3 attempt with `403` response, to check the availability of the subscription
