How to update PAG, ICFG and Callgraph after Updating a Callsite for Indirect Callees

I am adding indirect callees for a callsite.

callgraph->getIndCallMap()[callsight].insert(calleeFun);

After doing this, how can I update my PAG, ICFG and CallGraph so that it should include edges for the newly added indirect callee targets.
Also, after I updated my callgraph, icfg and pag, will there be any effect on running points to analysis?

You could search for updateCallGraph in CallGraph, ICFG, and SVFIRBuilder to update their graphs with indirect calls; the latter two can use the updated call graph.
