Better & uniform localization #9

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the localization system is all over the place. Virtually every component does it differently. This is bad.
Furthermore I don't like the mutable nature of some of the locales. React does not like mutation.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like an easy to use system that allows us to localize everything in react-formilicious related packages(the ones in this repo, aswell as possible plugins), while staying as dependency free as possible.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Staying with the current one is an actual option, but we'd need to do some quality of life refactoring then.

As always, feel free to shoot the wildest of PRs at me. We'll figure something out together.
