Proxy rotation issue

Please tell me such a moment - I set up the server according to your instructions, registered an account in the tunnelbroker, created a /48 subnet and connected the server with the tunnelbroker account (created tunnel).

Everything works, but I always use only 1 IP address.
As I understand it, proxies should work in rotation mode if I set the address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1500:login:password
But in my case this does not happen and the same ipv6 address is always used.

The content of the proxy3.cfg file looks like this (the IP address has been changed for security reasons):

I also tried changing the port to 1 (1501, 1052, etc.) to connect to a new IP address.... but that didn't help either
