Error in CI test; deployment issue

Deployment for this PR used to succeed:

but now fails:

The failures seem to have nothing to do with the recent commit, which changed some minor Rust examples. How to fix?

I've updated the PR with the FLS change report #370 (comment), it basically needs someone to look at that and decide whether anything might affect the content of the guideline.

If none of those changes are relevant, I'll update the PR with the new id.
