Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?

I've been involved! Just changing my email address from a company provided one (xander.cesari@pictor.us) to a personal one (xander@merriman.industries) to better align with where my consortium time is coming from. If I could get those email addresses swapped out around the consortium and on Zulip that would be terrific.
