Why are you interested in joining the Safety Critical Rust Consortium?
I have been working in the safety critical embedded systems space for the entirety of my career, spanning a variety of industries, from aerospace to medical devices to autonomous robotics. Safety is a deep passion of mine, and I have seen first hand what can go wrong when safety critical systems fail. I've been working with Rust a fair amount recently, both personally and professionally, and I've seen just how much good we can do by bringing Rust to the forefront of safety critical systems. The chance to contribute, even at a small level, to that goal, would be an amazing opportunity!
