This issue covers some improvements to make to the croissant python script:

• Convert bare IDs (e.g. "syn23563967.1") to URLs: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn23563967.1
• Delete the distribution entry with "@id": "metadata"
• Ensure every distribution item represents a real downloadable file
• Omit sha256
• Replace "license": "UNKNOWN" with: "Unspecified", (Also in syn50913342 NF team needs to add license urls)
• add "creator"
