For people who are opting in for home kits, after they've submitted their employment information/unemployment info, they should see Mailing Address Confirmation screen right after.

Right now: they see Thank you and “return to dashboard” button which then sends them to Mailing Address confirmation screen.

The 'Return to the Dashboard' page is the standard flow for the surveys. So they have to go that page. They are shown mailing address confirmation later
