The goal of this story is to update the existing openchallenges-edam-etl to effectively load the EDAM ontology into the OC Challenge Service DB.

Acceptance criteria

• The command nx serve-detach openchallenges-edam-etl loads the data into the challenge service DB.
• The file edam_concept.csv is removed from the challenge service codebase.
