Decide on intial tutorial vignettes #791

Currently suggested as
I want to create a new project
I want to upload my data and share it
I want to download existing data
I want to organize files in a project
I want to create a New team and set
I want to download research data from mobile studies
I want use Synapse programmatically to upload, download and work with files
The key things to decide are
- Are these the right ones?
- Can we combine a few into the same tutorial?
- Are there ones missing?
- Should we surface more capabilities eg. to portals, challenges and bridge/mobile
- how to deal with programmatic? Options are: (a. have programmatic and GUI in same tutorial; b. take people to the "Getting started with API" article (and then have more Vignettes there, or. 3. having several programmatic specific "I want to" links
