Problem

Update text to be more explicit and link directly to the Profile settings, where a user initiates the process of profile validation:

After you become a Certified User, you can have your profile Validated. A Validated profile means that your identity has been verified by the Sage Access and Compliance team. This allows you to access more features and data. Profile validation enables greater transparency within the research community.

Validation steps include:

• Filling out your profile
• Connecting your ORCID,
• Signing the oath,
• Providing a recent identity attestation

Tool tips in profile reference "Synapse Qualified Researcher" - we do not use that verbiage anywhere in the docs; consider updating the tool tip or updating the documentation.
