[Feature Request] Message Popups via notifications with Scrolling Status Text disabled #124

Hi there!
A small request, if you don't mind.
It would be nice to have some notification popups if Scrolling Status Text is disabled. Disabling it helps with some performance issues in my case, maybe there are other people who disable it for whatever reason they need.
Something like this would be awesome:
If there's already a way to do it via editing your macros, I would appreciate the help!
