Add readers for long-term spike sorted data

For ease of access to preliminary ephys experiment data pre-processing, we should consider providing readers for spike-sorted data. For this we need:

• Example data
• Data format specification: SpikeInterface
  • Need to check whether it is possible to chunk spike interface datasets
• Other requirements, e.g. synchronization
