Migration to `aeon-db`

IT has upgraded specs for the old `aeon-db` VM: currently 2 TB of disk space, 32 GB of RAM (to be bumped up to 96 or 128) and 4 Cpus to be bumped up to 48. They suggested moving the database on `aeon-db2` over there while they wait for the new hardware for the new physical server which we can use going forward. 
This means we need to update `aeon-db2` to `aeon-db` in the repo.
