Error while running "npm run crm-sync:test:cli" test command

Hi All,

I am new to SFCC and learning to enable SFCC to SFSC integration using this cartridge. So far i am doing good but hit the roadblock while running the "npm run crm-sync:test:cli" test. I am getting following error for all the version, OCAPI data API, OCAPI Shop API etc. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Creating a Specific Code Version via the CLI
√ returns true if the code-version was created
√ returns false if the code-version was not created
-- Error: Request failed with status code 500
-- Retrying request | attempt 1 of 3
-- Error: Request failed with status code 500
-- Retrying request | attempt 2 of 3
-- Error: Request failed with status code 500
-- Retrying request | attempt 3 of 3
√ gracefully fails when an error occurs creating a code version (9167ms)
