From my testing and review of the codebase, I'm not seeing any evidence that the sync from B2C to CRM to use the mappings in Custom Metadata (looking at the customer.processs and customer.js classes).
In functional testing, when I create a customer in B2C, then I call the hook to sync to CRM, I'm not seeing any of the custom metadata mappings being honored.
Apologies if this is obvious and I'm just not seeing it... Thanks to whoever responds!
