SFCC and SFSC customer sync issue

Hi everyone,
We are getting an issue when the customer tries to update their First Name or Last Name in SFCC.

When I try to update my Last Name in SFCC more than twice, for example, I created a user with a Last Name of TestUpdate, then I updated it to TestUpdate123, and after that to TestUpdate123456. As a result, SFSC updated my Last Name in SFCC to TestUpdate123.

Does anybody else face the same issue and have some ideas on how we can prevent it?
