GiftCertificateItem doesn't support custom attributes for create/update

Hi,
I noticed that addGiftCertificateItemToBasket/updateGiftCertificateItemInBasket doesn't support adding custom attributes, as they are not sent in the SCAPI call, while the scapi itself supports custom attributes for the gift certificates.

Hey @emchobg thanks for calling this out. We support custom query parameters, but haven't added support for custom body parameters. We have this work tracked in our backlog. (W-18136408)
