Administrative functions

One example of an administrative function could be to clear all data for a given organisation.

Currently, to do that you'd need to do it manually in the SQL database by executing several (simple) SQL statements.

This function already exists in Windermere, but there is no administrative user interface for this.

We could expand the existing HTTP admin interface for this, or perhaps provide a command line tool. Windermere could also have an API for things like that.
