[Bug] Compatibility issue with QuickVids Embeds and Translator

Having enabled:

• RepluggedPGP
• QuickVids Embeds
• Translator

causes the message to be sent three times
(if you have only 2 enabled, for example, RepluggedPGP and Translator the message will be sent two times)
