The build fails because the code attempts to access memory beyond the allocated bounds of the object output_shape. The size of output_shape is determined by old_output_shape.DimensionsCount() + inputs.size(), but it seems that this computed size exceeds the internal memory buffer (which can only handle indices 0–32). This leads to an out-of-bounds access in functions like memcpy, triggering the error under the -Werror=array-bounds flag.
