Undo the LiveView conversion?

I converted to LiveView because I was gonna add some "cool functionality".

I've not added that functionality and it's actually made some stuff like tracking metrics and rendering page views a little more tricky than it was before.

Honestly the core issue is that previous to introducing liveviews the Plug pipeline handled all this stuff. In a post LiveView world it is not guaranteed that the pipeline will run because of the use of live_session/3.

It's not really a big deal but I also just liked how clean it was before without needing all this extra hooks/plugs divide that handle the same thing.

Or I could just not use live_session/3 but I like the sick speed gains...
