Not preserving aspect ratio?

Hi I have a video that is coming out in a different aspect ratio. How can I tweak that?

You have to pass the -sar parameter to ffmpeg when "rebuilding" the final video.
The upscaler is stupid and scrubs the aspect ratio information from output images.
