Possible TecoGAN setup guide youtube turtorial?

Hi, I would like to know, could you maybe create a youtube tutorial on how to set up the tecoGAN_app on windows please? From start to finish how to get everything that is needed to make it work. So that for instance if I want to upscale a video, how to do that, what is needed and how to configure everything so that I can do that using the tecogan windows app please. Thank you
