This is the first release of Project Kestrel alpha-R2024.02.04.

Release Notes:

• Project Kestrel is bundled into one installer .exe file which downloads the latest version of ImageMagick automatically!
• Simply double click on the installer and install it to your system. Just like any other program. Python not required.
