[Potential bug] Polling issue on chatmix with Arctis Nova 7 #406

I'm using a program (HeadsetControl-QT) that requests the chatmix value every second and then sets 2 virtual audio sinks (in pipewire) volume levels based on that value. This works most of the time. However, every once in a while, it will either receive an error when polling the chatmix value, or the value doesn't change even though the state of the chatmix dial has changed. I'm not sure what's causing it but I feel like it's something to do with the hardware polling of headsetcontrol. I'm not sure I can be more specific right now. Any help would be appreciated.
On which OS does the problem happen?
