G430 wrongly listed as supported in README.md

Hey there,

I just stumbled upon this project, and wanted to use it for my G430 headset.
According to the feature matrix in the README, there should be sidetone control support for the G430, but it is disabled in the code.
Instead, I only get an error message

G430 not supported in this build, see README

which is quite confusing, given that the README says it should supported.
