Summary

  • add telemetry bus abstractions, collector interfaces, and fusion thread implementation
  • expose fusion outputs to the existing runtime via a C bridge and update perf evaluation to prefer fused telemetry
  • document the subsystem and add targeted fusion and stress tests

Testing

  • ctest --test-dir build -R "telemetry_fusion" --output-on-failure
