Summary

  • integrate the jsmn JSON parser and overhaul runtime configuration loading so predictive, telemetry, and metrics settings can be driven by CLI flags or a config file
  • document the new configuration options, TLS/basic-auth requirements, and StatsD wiring in the README and configuration guide
  • add runtime_config_cli unit coverage for CLI overrides and JSON loading, and wire the new sources/tests into the build
