PRT: Add support for sosreport org

Problem

PRT currently doesn't support patching PRs from the sosreport org, only theforeman org.

This caused test failures in PR #22099 even though the tests themselves are working correctly.

Request

Configure PRT to support the sosreport org, specifically:

• Organization: sosreport
• Repository: sos

Context

• Related to PR Add foremanctl tests for sos report #22099
• Manual testing shows tests work correctly when patch is applied
• Automated runs fail because PRT can't apply sosreport/sos PRs
