Enhance campaign analytics with engagement & retention metrics

The current analytics service lacks contributor engagement and retention insights.

Missing Features

• Engagement trend tracking (contribution velocity, new vs. returning contributor patterns)
• Contributor retention analysis across campaigns
• Geographic heat maps (partially started with country breakdown)
• Time-based analytics (hourly patterns, day-of-week analysis)

Suggested Implementation

Extend getCampaignAnalytics() in backend/src/services/analyticsService.js to include:

• Engagement rates
• Contribution frequency distribution
• Contributor churn metrics

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue.

I can extend the existing analytics service with engagement and retention metrics in a focused way: contribution velocity, new vs returning contributor patterns, frequency distribution, churn/retention signals, and time-based breakdowns where the existing data model supports them.

I’ll first inspect analyticsService.js and userDashboardService.js to match the current aggregation style, then add the metrics without changing unrelated dashboard behavior, with clear validation of the returned analytics shape.
