This occurs after successfully downloading and parsing the EPUB Uint8List into an EpubBook document, which is then passed to EpubController.

It seems that during the HTML parsing process (likely related to image handling or other content elements within the EPUB), a null value is being encountered where a non-null value is expected, leading to the crash.
