CC budding yeast errors

Description:

1. Breaking the connection does change the annotation and info in the label, but does not visually break the connection
2. Have more descriptive error messages for the CCA table edits if something is inconsistent
3. When trying to separate mother bud using CCA table, setting it exactly to the same values as the frame before for the falsely matched mother will cause an error msg that the cell cycle stage is incorrect (Could be that I also just don't understand what's wrong with the error correctly though...)
