Windows disappear from 2nd monitor

When having windows on a 2nd monitor, and click-dragging the panel or desktop to switch a desktop, the windows on the 2nd monitor disappear. Going back to the previous desktop doesn't bring them back. The only way to bring them back is to go to overview and exit overview. They only disappear when using the drag panel/desktop feature. Even if you don't switch desktops and just initiate the drag, when leaving the mouse they will disappear.

Minimized windows sometimes appear but are unresponsive, but I can't explain how to reliably reproduce this.

Here's a very quick demonstration, since I can't upload a longer video. Briefly moving the cube with the mouse or with touchpad guestures, makes the windows disappear, regardless of landing on a different desktop or not, and for them to come back I need to summon the Overview (super key) and close it back up. Going to a different desktop using keyboard combinations or Super + Scroll wheel is fine.

Edit: Having a 3rd monitor, the windows disappear there too.

Edit 2: When the windows are disappeared, moving the cube with the mouse again, makes the window appear, but only while dragging the cube, and during the animation of the cube. When landing on a desktop, they disappear again.
