Immutable release mayhaps?

I'd like to use your awesome action but have security concerns for actions not deployed immutable, I can work around this in various ways but it'd be very convenient if you could release the next version as an immutable action.

I enabled that. But is it really more "secure" this way? I mean, in theory, it could be disabled anytime again, right?
