[bug] - REPL throws E4001 when user runs the "help" command

When you run the help command in REPL mode, you get the help text + an error thrown at you. In the spirit of being "easy", it would be nice to repress the error when invoking such global commands

EZ version: 0.36.3

Is this a feature of the language and I just need more education on how the compiler internals work. If not, I would be interested into looking into this.

@prjctimg Very interesting bug and not something I have thought about before. I am leaning more towards just throwing an error
