.NET version not working

In 'Utils.cs' at line 63 - when getting the WebResponse. Application throws an error "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found." - I'm guessing it has something to do with either the postData or the URL when sending the request.

Haven't had the time ti debug it properly yet.
