Move CoreUI (SAP) apps to public STACKIT

Why?

Similar to #3870, see description there.

Acceptance criteria

• all CoreUI (SAP) applications are moved from the internal network to the public STACKIT
  • core-ui5.schwarz (prod)
  • DEV stage (check with collegues if its still needed)
• after the applications are moved to the public STACKIT, the internal apps are shut down
• the migration is coordinated and communicated with the responsible collegues

Implementation details

• see Move CoreUI internal apps to public STACKIT #4271
• public domain needs to be ordered
• redirect URL for OAuth client needs to be added (https://core-ui5.schwarz/oauth2/callback)
