Implement Turborepo Best-Practices

Why?

We want to follow best practices to achieve the best performance and integration quality.

Acceptance criteria

• Update Eslint configuration and file structure to match Turbo recomendations
• Implement Storybook setup to match Turbo recommendations
• Implement TypeScript Best practices defined by Turbo
• Apply vitest Best Practices according to Turbo
