The current data table is made with 'mui-datatables'. One of our main desired traits for the data table is resizable columns. The current data table has this but has been a slightly difficult to work with, needing some workarounds and such for having it work the way we want. Ideally it should be made with another library that is smoother to work with and still allows us the customization that we want.
